Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Prainha Resort by the Sea, Dona Paula, Goa, we strive to provide flexible booking options while maintaining fairness to both our guests and our business. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Policy:

50% Charges will be applicable if cancelled within 15 days of the arrival date & 100% for any cancellation within 07 days of arrival date or no show.

– In the event of a no-show or last-minute amendments, the entire advance booking amount is non-refundable.

2. Special Circumstances:

In case of Force Majeure:

If you cancel due to Force Majeure related travel restrictions that would be applicable for the mentioned dates, the advances can be carried forward and utilized towards stay, meals and functions within a period of 6 months from the date of the reservation.

Guests are requested to contact us directly in such cases to discuss rescheduling options.

Please note:

– The refund amount will be calculated based on the total room revenue.
– All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to reservations@prainha.com.
– Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving the written request subject to cancellation policy.
– The hotel reserves the right to revise this policy at its discretion without prior notice.
