*In case of cancellation there will be 5% bank charges that would be deducted. Refunding of the respective amount will be processed only to Indian Bank Accounts.

Cancellation policy

• 50% Charges will be applicable if cancelled within 15 days of the arrival date & 100% for any cancellation within 07 days of arrival date or no show.
• In the event of a no-show or last-minute amendments, the entire advance booking amount is non-refundable.
• Reservation charges from 21^st December of the current year to 5^th January of the succeeding year will be non-refundable.

Amendment policy

• Availability and rates are subject to change with any amendments made on confirmed booking

 
Early Departure policy

• In case of early departure, the hotel has the right to charge 100% of the total original room booking

 
Pet Policy

Some pet friendly rules to ensure everyone enjoys the pet being around

• We allow pets only Sea Facing Cottage Styled Rooms only.
• Doggie droppings are not allowed on the premises…please clean up after your pet accidentally drops, regrettably we do not provide the service.
• Any damages to property will have to be reimbursed at the cost that it will take us to redo damages. This may include scratches on surfaces, damaged linen, breakages etc.
• Much as we love pets, they cannot be allowed in common areas like the lobby, restaurant and poolside. The secluded part of the lawn is fine.
• Pets cannot be left unattended in a room.
• Pets have to be leashed whilst moving around the property. 
• Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.
• Pool towels are not to be used for the pets.
• Pets are not allowed on the deck beds.
• Rs. 300/- per day will be charged for having your pet staying in the room.
• A deposit of Rs. 3000/- (cash) to be made on arrival which is refundable subject to no damage / misuse of property.

 
Check in/ Checkout Policy

• The hotel Check-in time is 1:00pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.
• For arrivals at the hotel prior to 6:00am, the room must be reserved from the previous night.
• For arrivals between 6:00am – 1:00pm, a request for early check-in will be charged 65% of the 1 night charges and is subject to availability.
• Likewise, for late check-outs, a request can be made to the hotel and will be subject to availability. Please check with the Hotel’s Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. Late check-out till 4 pm will be charged 65% of the 1 night charges and will be subject to availability upon confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes will be applicable as per the Government of India regulations. Any increase in Government levies will be extra.
• It is compulsory for any Non-resident, Indian/Foreigner to produce their passport and visa at the time of check-in.
• It is compulsory for any Indian national to carry a valid identity proof, including photo id and produce it at the time of check-in.

 
Child Policy

• A child between the age of 0 – 6 years is complimentary sharing with parents
• A child between 6 – 12 years will be charged at the applicable extra child rate (includes extra Mattress)

 
Extra adult policy

• A child above 12 years will be considered as an adult and extra adult charges will be applicable (includes extra Mattress)

 
Booking & Payment Policy –

• Non-Payment: In case the advance payment amount is not received within the specified timeframe, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking as per the cancellation policy.
