Prainha is vintage! The hotel traces back to the mid-60s with quaint whitewashed cottages overlooking the sea. Designed by one of Goa’s leading architects Ralino D’Souza, the lush natural beauty of the cove is fused with the quaint Mediterranean-inspired theme.
The resort was developed slowly over time, block by block.
The beginnings were simple cottages frequented by famed writers and consulate members as well as regular picnic goers from Panjim and around. Prainha has evolved over time taking on an avatar that combines nature’s supreme beauty with a chic vintage charm.
